Our shows are almost never canceled—unless the band can’t make it, which is extremely rare. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, your tickets will be refunded. But rest assured, if the band’s on their way, the show will go on!

There is plenty of free parking after 6 pm along Johnston Road.

Seating is first come, first served unless you are a party of six or more. Such parties will be seated together at the studio's discretion. If tickets were purchased separately, please inform the studio at least 48 hours before the concert.

Doors generally open 60 minutes before showtime. For a second show on the same night, doors open 30 minutes prior to the late show start time.

Yes, when a show sells out, we utilize a 'Notify' app that allows you to enter your email or phone number to receive notifications. If tickets become available, you'll automatically get an email or text alert. Please note that these tickets are typically limited and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Act quickly when you receive a notification, as availability can be extremely limited!

All sales are final. There are no refunds unless a show is canceled. Depending on availability, tickets can be moved to another show of the same performance for a $10 fee per ticket. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the concert.

You will receive two emails—one with your order confirmation and another with a link to download your tickets. If you do not see these emails, please check your spam folder or email tickets@bluefrogstudios.ca for assistance. Your name will also be on our door list. Your ticket can be scanned using the QR code on your phone or on a printed copy.

Generally, shows run 80–90 minutes straight through, or some artists may play two sets with a short intermission.

Yes, we sell beer, wine, bottled water, sparkling water, pop, and coffee.

We offer light snacks such as nuts, chips, and chocolate.

Yes, we are fully air conditioned with five individual exchangers bringing in fresh air regularly.

Shows are 19+. If the show is 15+, it will be posted on our ticket page.

A few photos are okay as long as no other patrons are bothered. Flash photography, video, or audio recording is NOT allowed. Outside cameras other than smartphones are prohibited unless pre-approved.

Yes, we are fully accessible. Please notify us if you are coming with a wheelchair so we can reserve a suitable spot in the theatre.

Casual attire is acceptable.
