From Doug Cox’s soul-deep take on “Some Humans Ain’t Human” to Steve Mitchell’s haunting rendition of “The Speed of the Sound of Loneliness” and Tom and Kalissa Landa’s playful duet on “In Spite of Ourselves,” this concert brings Prine’s wit and wisdom to vivid life.
Though John Prine left us at the start of the pandemic, his songs remain a timeless portal into his beautiful, bittersweet universe.
