Our Tool Shed

There is a full complement of recording gear including, Neve, Universal Audio, Empirical Labs, Focusrite, Giltronics, Soundcraft, Sennheiser, AKG, Neuman, and much more. It is fully equipped with a delicious mic locker and the Pro Tools HD system. And, if it’s not here, we can easily arrange to get it for your special session.

Yamaha Concert Grand Piano…one of the best recording pianos in the city, known for it’s bright sound and amazing action.  This piano has been tried, tested and loved by Vancouver’s top session pianists.

Various musical instruments, percussion and a nice set of vintage Gretsch wood-shell drums.

For some cool retro sounds, how about a real stereo plate reverb with 4’ x 8’ Brazilian stainless steel plates. Or, a couple of Roland Space Echos, or a Maestro Echo-Plex.

For live concerts and video shoots, the studio is equiped with a full DMX controlled digital LED lighting system, including front and rear trusses with 12 PAR 64s.

For live applications, we offer a decent Sound system with Mackie 16/4/2 board and Yamaha/BGW front end.
